On-Site Wellness Center – Nursing Home Facilities

Our doctors come to visit you, and the doctors and nurses ensure your heath care needs are met. Glen Riddle offers residents nursing home care and are welcome to stop in the Wellness Center at any time to report any health concerns.

• Three local physicians come to our nursing home community weekly. Residents can make appointments through the nursing staff as often as needed.
• Our professional nursing staff provides wellness checks monthly for each nursing home resident.
• Orders for medications, lab reports, and changes in doctors orders are coordinated by the nurses to ensure an individualized plan of health care for each nursing home resident.
• Medication management, including injections are done by our RNs and LPNs.
• Physical and occupational therapy are available.

The ongoing well-being of our nursing home residents is a continual priority at The Residence. Our Wellness Director, a Registered Nurse, works closely with visiting physicians, podiatrists, physical therapists and other healthcare professionals. To compliment our health services and ensure that additional care is available at a moments notice, state-of-the-art medical facilities are located close by in delaware country pennsylvania.
